Connection to New Brighton	We have raised our children and lived in the Brighton area (Southshore/South Brighton/North Brighton) for over 25 years and have been the owners of Switch since 2016. My husband Nigel has been a local primary school teacher for over 20 years.
Best business lesson you ever learned	I feel being adaptable to constant change and believing in yourself are the most important values when it comes to leadership, and building great relationships with suppliers, customers and your staff.
Ambitions for your business	I wish to continue being a long established business of New Brighton. I am passionate about the hospo industry and feel that a great cafe is always at the heart of every wonderful community.
